Say goodbye to iron deficiency anaemia by drinking these superb juices!!

There is one issue that has affected millions of people across the globe and that is anaemia or a condition characterised by the deficiency of red blood cells..

Especially in India, anaemia has affected many women as well as children. Anaemia is caused due to lack of iron or iron deficiency is known. It is good to consume iron rich supplements (for serious cases) or natural juices to overcome this iron deficiency. Persons with anaemia would show several signs like fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath etc.

Drinking natural juices would lower anaemia risk in us.

Intake of beetroot juice:

For the formation of red blood cells or RBCs, folate, iron, potassium is important and beetroot juice is rich in these nutrients. Haemoglobin levels would become better plus oxygen flow would improve if we consume this juice regularly. Consuming this juice fresh would be superb.

Intake of Spinach and tomato juice:

It must be noted that spinach is a leafy green vegetable loaded with non-heme iron and tomato is rich in vitamin C that helps in absorption of iron. Truth is that a juice made with this combo would be superb to overcome iron deficiency anaemia issue.

Intake of pomegranate juice:

Iron, antioxidants and vitamin C are present in pomegranate. Intake of this juice would help in good blood circulation plus in RBCs formation etc. It has been brought to light by ICMR that intake of pomegranate juice would be food for those with mild anaemia.

Intake of carrot and orange juice:

Beta carotene and iron are present in carrot and orange contains vitamin C. It is noteworthy that drinking this combination would not only improve the flavour but also improves the iron absorption from plant sources.

Intake of Amla juice:

Body`s ability to absorb iron would significantly improve by drinking amla juice having vitamin C.  It is good to consume amla juice with iron rich food to maximise the nutrient uptake. Amla juice is known for its immune boosting property and presence of antioxidants etc and it would help in anaemia prevention.

Intake of prune juice:

Rich in iron content, intake of prune juice would help to boost iron content in anaemia persosons.  The digestive health would also be good due to the presence of fibres and potassium in it. The iron levels get restored back to normal over time by drinking this juice.

Intake of pumpkin & apple juice:

Iron and others like magnesium and vitamin A are present in pumpkin.  It is noteworthy that when combined with apples the juice would not only become tasty but also effective in overcoming iron deficiency. Therefore, this combo could be included in the anaemia fighting diet.
